Jackson Heights High School is proud to host Joel Salatin, a pioneer in regenerative agriculture, for a special presentation on Wednesday, May 8, 2025, from 9:00–10:00 AM in the high school gym.
Salatin, a celebrated farmer, author, and sustainable agriculture advocate, will share insights on topics like symbiotic livestock production, sustainable food systems, and the provocative question: “Can we produce our school’s food?” His innovative approaches have inspired farmers and educators worldwide.
