Jackson Heights students showcased their creativity and teamwork at the recent Team Clay Building contest, bringing home top honors. The district secured 1st place in the Team Clay Building competition, highlighting their collaborative talent and artistic skill.

In addition to the team victory, individual students earned impressive accolades:

  • Artemis claimed 2nd place in the Scavenger Hunt—a remarkable achievement as the only solo competitor against larger teams.

  • Five 2nd place ribbons were awarded for individual artworks:

    • Nevaeh Anderson (2)

    • Erine Medard (1)

    • Noa Rice (1)

    • Rylie Strawn (1)

  • Two 3rd place ribbons went to Kade Holliday and Noa Rice.

Beyond the awards, the event provided a day full of learning, friendly competition, and inspiration as students connected with peers from across the region.
