Wetmore, KS — The Jackson Heights FFA Alumni is gearing up for its annual Tractor Parade on May 31st, 2025, at Wetmore High School (321 6th St.). The event promises a day of community fun, nostalgia, and support for a great cause.
Event Details:
Registration: Opens at 11:00 a.m. ($25 per tractor).
Meal: Served at 12 noon (free for participants; $10 for extra plates).
Parade Start: 1:15 p.m. Tractors must maintain a 10 MPH minimum speed.
Participants can look forward to refreshments, prizes, and a memorable ride through the community. The event honors the legacy of local agriculture supporters, including Jim Banaka, Scott Strathman, Marvin and Mary Lou Stous, and others.
