Congratulations to senior Layla Cochran, who recently signed her letter of intent to continue both her academic and athletic career at Hesston University, where she will play softball.
Layla has been a standout athlete and student throughout her time at Jackson Heights. Her dedication on the field and in the classroom has earned her this opportunity to compete at the next level.
"Jackson Heights is incredibly proud of you, Layla," said school officials. "We can't wait to see all you will accomplish as a Larks."
Layla plans to study while also contributing to the Hesston University softball program.
