Students have been working hard in weightlifting class to earn a spot on the wall.  To earn that spot boys have to do the following:

BIG GREEN CLUB

*One rep for each besides DB bench*

Males: 

Hang 205

Squat 275

Military 125

Clean and jerk 165

DB bench 65 x10

Cobra 300:

100 push ups 

100 overhead squats 

100 reverse med ball crunches
