Next Friday, the High School will be hosting a veterans assembly. At 9:00 we will do a Q & A with veterans and the students. Any veteran is welcome to attend the Q&A with the students. At 9:45 we will host an open to the community Veteran Celebration.

We have added a varsity and jv scholars bowl meet to the schedule. On November 5th, our varsity and junior varsity scholars bowl team will travel to Jeff West. The competition starts at 4:00 PM.

The gentlemen had a great run today at regionals as well. The team missed going to state by one point. We are very proud of all the hard work and dedication that everyone has put in all year, especially Korbin Karns, who led the Cobra team today for his last race as a cross country runner for JHHS. Thank you, Korbin, for your dedication.
The ladies all ran a great race. Sophia Ivy finished 9th and has qualified for state.
To the seniors Emirson Fritz and Abby Wellman, who have just finished their last cross-country race, thank you for everything you have given to Jackson Heights on the course and off.

The middle school girls basketball game @ Xavier on October 31st has been canceled. Xavier did not have enough girls to field a team. This game will not be rescheduled.
