Last night was the last board meeting for Konrad Coe and Bob Wareham. We presented them with plaques made by the wood shop and the tech department. Konrad served on the board for 17 years and Bob finished out Melinda's term after her passing after 17 years of service. We want to thank them for their dedication and service to this school and our community.
We are seeking a full time custodian position at Jackson Heights School District.
Starting wage is $16.50/hour (negotiable with experience)
This is a full time position with medical and retirement benefits.

There will be NO C-Team boys game tonight at Oskaloosa. It is scheduled for January 29th. REMINDER: The games tomorrow at Maur Hill will begin at 4:00 PM. All games will be played in the high school gym starting with JV Girls.

To make room for all of those Christmas parties, we have moved the Alumni basketball game to January 13.
Mr. Smith is on the nice list. Are you? Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here until 7:00 before they head back north.
JV/Varsity Basketball tonight at home vs Pleasant Ridge.
All games will be at the high school. The JV girls will start at 4:30 PM.
There will be a fundraiser chili meal tonight in the commons area.

A change war is upon us. The winning house gets a pizza party. More important is this. If the total amount raised is $2500 or more, Mr. Smith will shave off his mustache. JUST the mustache! Final tally will be next Friday. Funds raised will benefit the Christmas Cheer Initiative

Valley Falls had a conflict with a date on their calendar, so we have switched the home and away with them for middle school boys basketball.
New Schedule:
January 11th will be @ Valley Falls
February 12th will be @ HOME
REMINDER:
Tomorrow's HOME JV/Varsity basketball games vs ACCHS will be played at the high school. All four games (JV Girls, JV Boys, Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys) will be in one gym. The first game will be the JV Girls starting at 4:00PM.
To reinvigorate the pep in our school, we have reinstituted the pep club. All students have to do is be in the student section for the majority of home Basketball Games and at least 2 away games and cheer with our cheerleaders to letter in PEP.
