Congratulations to the students selected to represent Jackson Heights in the Kansas Youth Art Month exhibition! Elementary: Atreyu Nix, Middle School: Paden Askren, High School: Michaela Hutfles. Their artwork will be displayed at the Topeka Shawnee County Public Library through March 25th.
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28th:
The high school girls basketball team will host Horton for the 1st round of sub-state. Game time is set for 7:00PM. Gate prices are set by KSHSAA at $8 for adults and $6 for students. There will be no season or league passes allowed.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27th:
The high school boys basketball team will play the first round of sub-state at Horton. Game time is set for 7:00PM. Gate prices are set by KSHSAA at $8 for adults and $6 for students. There will be no season or league passes allowed.
GAME REMINDER:
The high school basketball teams travel to Valley Falls tonight. Both JV boys and girls games will start at 5:00. The JV girls will play 1/2 game in the west gym, followed by the varsity games. The JV boys will play in the east (old) gym.
REMINDER:
The middle school boys basketball team will play for 5th place in the NEKL tournament vs JCN tomorrow, Feb. 25 @ 11:15am. The games will be played at Valley Falls HS in the east gym.
The Sub-State brackets are out.
The Boys will take on Horton at 7 pm on Monday Feb 27 @ Horton
The Girls will take on Horton in our Home gym at 7:00 pm on Tuesday Feb 28
HS BASKETBALL UPDATES:
HS Boys Bball will play at Horton on Monday, Feb 27th at 7:00PM in the 1st round of sub-state.
HS Girls Bball will play at HOME vs Horton on Tuesday, Feb 28 at 7:00PM in the 1st round of sub-state.
MS BASKETBALL UPDATES:
MS Boys Bball will play McLouth in the NEKL Tournanment:
5:00PM at Valley Falls in the East Gym on Feb 23.

We are all hands on deck making these cinnamon rolls for everybody. If you ordered rolls or pies, please contact the student you ordered from as they will be distributing. We had WAY too many to distribute out of the kitchen tonight.
UPDATE:
Here is an updated weekly schedule. The only change is the game Friday at Valley Falls. The JV games will start at 5:00PM starting at the same time in the two high school gyms.
NOTICE:
There will be no JV girls game tomorrow night vs Oskaloosa. The JV Boys game will begin at 5:00PM followed by the varsity games.
The Middle School boys take on Everest tonight in the first round of the NEKL basketball tournament. The game will be at Oskaloosa and will begin at 5:45PM. Good Luck!
